RaceTech Workshop & Live Cowtown Track Test 1/26-1/27/08

Here are the brand new cars of Greg Dinsmore (8G) and Jake
Durbin (18) plus the RaceTech stage and DarinShort.com display.
More displays will be set up tomorrow by Track-Announcer.com,
SIMPSON Racing & Alpha Safety Systems.
And here's the first wave of pictures from
Saturday's RaceTech '08 event. The first picture is
of fellow Iowans Jon Snyder & Kyle Krampe. Jon's
new car is here, just not lettered yet, so it's just
going to be at the test tomorrow.
And here are some pictures from the
RacingSafer.com driver safety seminar,
featuring SIMPSON Racing Products,
Tina Creswell, FASTT Motorsports
Rescue's Chris Kehl and myself.
Here are pictures of some of the grand
prize winners - from OK, IA, NM &
ElbowsUp.com's "Donut Roller."
And how funny is it that the winner of the Team
Membership from the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame &
Museum went to an attendee from IOWA!
Donut Roller being interviewed after winning a
fire suppression system from Greg Dinsmore's
Team Harris/DrinkAzul.com team.
The new RCI screw cap fuel cell system was won by this
young driver, that just happened to be in the market for a
new one!
14-year-old modified driver, Randy Reeser, from Clovis, NM picks up a fire
suppression system, donated by Alpha-Omega.
This great rolling SIMPSON Racing Products bag was also a
hotly sought after prize that was awarded to this lucky attendee.
THANK YOU to all of the businesses and
individuals that participated in the
inaugural RacingSafer.com driver
safety event - and stay tuned for our next
event.

Now, we'll move on to Sunday's
RaceTech Driver Workshop track test at
Cowtown Speedway.

The first pictures are of Bob and myself
prepping the teams for the day's
activities...
